These mathematics journals include Izvestia, Maematicheskii Sbornik and Russian Mathematical Surveys.These are journals of the Russian Academy of Sciences translated into English and republished by the London Mathematical Society. I have translated such articles in various branches of mathematics, as well as obituaries and articles celebrating the birthdays of leading mathematicians of the former Soviet Union. I normally type my translations myself using AMSTeX. I have also done liaison interpreting for local schools in the Bath area, and some simultaneous and consecutive interpreting when I was drafted by the UK government as an emergency interpreter at an international conference on biodiversity. I have also been working as a translator and interpreter for the Ukrainian software house Progma Co.
